Service Upgrade

Joining our family, Community Cooling & Heating (now, operating under the MaxAir brand), adds more than 20 additional years of experience reaching Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Carroll, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George and Queen Anne counties! In addition to the expanded reach of our services, the product line has also been enhanced to include all HVAC systems in addition to Carrier – offering our clients greater options for every budget.

In addition to our core heating and cooling products and services, we also offer the following:

Electrostatic air filters: Air cleaners and purifiers capture and kill germs in your home. Operating on a cartridge system, our experts can help you choose the filtration system that’s right for you and your family. These are systems to consider, especially for those who suffer from allergies or other respiratory health issues.

Humidifier/Dehumidifier systems: Designed to control the overall humidity in your entire home, humidifier and dehumidifiers range in size (depending on the home’s size) and work in concert with your heating and cooling systems. Along with filtering systems, the humidity level in your home can make it easier to breathe as well as optimize the operating efficiency of AC/Heating systems.

Energy recovery ventilators: In the old days, this was called a “whole house fan.” ERVs are designed to exhaust stale indoor air to the outside and draw fresh air from the outside and pull it inside – filtered.

Sanitizing ductwork: Part of regular home maintenance should include cleaning the ductwork throughout your home. This eliminates dust and accumulated debris to keep it from circulating throughout your home.

Commercial Refrigeration and air conditioning equipment when your business requires fast reliable service or repair.
